Services
Focused, on-the-ground services in China. Start from a fixed price.
Package Receiving & Forwarding
No Chinese address? Send your Taobao, 1688 or Pinduoduo orders to our warehouse. We receive them, verify the contents on video, consolidate and forward worldwide.
Factory Visit & Supplier Verification
We visit the factory on your behalf, walk the production line, check the address and licenses, take photos and video, ask your questions in Chinese and deliver a written report.
Pre-shipment Inspection (QC)
We inspect your goods at the factory before shipment: AQL sampling, quantity count, appearance, function and packaging checks, with a photo/video report.
On-site Verification
Is your supplier real, or just a trading company behind a screen? We visit the address, photograph the site with location stamps and report whether the details check out.
Custom Requirement
Need something that isn't listed? Describe it and we'll assess feasibility and send a fixed quote within 24 hours.
