Before work starts
If you cancel before we begin, you receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees.
After work starts
If you cancel while work is in progress, we refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent and non-refundable third-party costs.
After delivery
Delivered work is generally non-refundable. If something is wrong, we offer one round of revisions.
